Chadwick, the championship winner at The Seymour Bank Winter Classic held last week, is the top seed at the 36th annual Spokane Invitational Tournament, an eight-school event set for next Monday through Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Spokane High School gymnasium.
Seymour is the tourney’s No. 7 seed.
The Tigers, who enter this week with a 6-7 record, takes on No. 2 Spokane in the first round.
That game is set for 6 p.m. next Tuesday evening.
A win means Seymour plays the winner of No. 3 Reeds Springs versus No. 6 Southwest of Washburn at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 21.
A loss in the opener means Seymour plays the loser of the same game at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22.
Final-round action arrives on Saturday, Jan. 23.
Tournament seeds include: 1. Chadwick, 2. Spokane, 3. Reeds Spring, 4. Ash Grove, 5. Blue Eye, 6. Southwest of Washburn, 7. Seymour, 8. Cassville.
