Brothers Aaron C.M. and Petie C.M. Schwartz currently reside in a Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) facility in Fulton after each received a 15-year prison sentence after being found guilty late last month of violating their respective probation.
Aaron C.M. Schwartz, 22, and Petie C.M. Schwartz, 18, are members of the Highway C Amish community located north of Seymour.
Both pleaded guilty in September to two counts of child molestation in the third degree, a Class C felony.
For their crimes, each received one 10-year prison sentence on the first count and one 5-year sentence on the second count.
Both sentences originally were suspended in lieu of each being placed on probation for five years.
Per the DOC’s website, the brothers were assigned to the Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center.
They arrived at the facility in Fulton last Wednesday, Oct. 28, state records said.
After testing in Fulton, the brothers will be transferred to a permanent DOC prison facility.
