Courtesy of Terry Penner from the city of Seymour and Helen Lamb of the Seymour Historical Committee, a new feature will appear weekly on the city's Facebook page every Monday.

The title is "Monday Memories."

Penner said the feature will focus on Seymour's history, complete with information and photographs, via a collective effort with Lamb.

"We felt this would be a fun way to engage with the community and build awareness within Seymour for our history," Penner said last Thursday at the regular meeting of the Seymour Board of Aldermen.
