As we go this time of uncertainty, the Seymour R-II School District, in addition to Seymour Life Church and Care To Learn, will start providing breakfast and lunch “to go.”

Some items may require the use of a microwave, as many items are in high demand at this time.

The beginning of this program is Monday, March 30th.

Delivery will be from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Two days of breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and Wednesday, then one on Friday.

To pick up meals, we will use the bus lane by the cafeteria at the middle and high school from 10 a.m. to noon.

We will meet you at your car and bring your meals to you when you arrive. We will have a Google form on our website for you to sign up if you would like it delivered.

This will also help us to know how many drivers we need to have on hand.

Here are some school-work updates:

Classroom Packets/Work:

K-5 — Next round of packets available April 1st and will be available for pick up along with the weekly snack/food drive.

6-8 — Middle school is using Google Classroom and next round for students will be ready by 3/30/2020.

9-12 — Next round of packets will be available Wednesday (3/25/2020) in the afternoon. Packets can be picked up with the food/snacks that will be distributed from 3 to 5 p.m. by the greenhouse behind the high school. Packets will be in the high-school office on Thursday and Friday.

We are monitoring the situation as most people are. We continue to hope for the best imaginable outcome, and we will continue to update on cancellations and postponements. Please continue to check out out Facebook page, as we will post updated information when we have it.
