Two students from Seymour are among 17 young people in the Ozarks whose summer vacation will be enriched by their participation in a nationally recognized conservation-leadership academy developed by the Greater Ozarks Audubon Society and the biology department at Missouri State University in Springfield.

Attending the 11th annual Green Leadership Academy for Diverse Ecosystems (GLADE) are Bailey Moffis and Olivia Sprague from Seymour.

The week-long residential academy will be held from June 16 through June 22 at the Missouri State University Bull Shoals Field Station in the Drury-Mincy Conservation Area near the Missouri and Arkansas border.
