Graveside services for Patricia “Pat” Lynch of Seymour were held Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, in the Seymour Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Seymour.
Mrs. Lynch 89, died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019, at Glenwood Healthcare of Seymour.
She was born on Aug. 9, 1930, in Conrad, Mont., to Lawrence and Gladys E. Field McDowell.
On Nov. 15, 1946, she married Austin Lynch; to this union, one son was born.
She retired from the H.D. Lee Company in Seymour, where she had been a seamstress.
She had also taken in seamstress work at her home.
She had served on the board of the Seymour Community Library and had volunteered her time in the library.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her only son, Michael Austin Lynch, on Oct. 22, 1985; and her husband, Austin, on May 9, 1997; as well as a sister.
Survivors include her two grandchildren, Clayton T. Lynch and Stacey A. Lynch, both of the state of Missouri; her special friend, Delores Turner of Seymour; her a sister-in-law, Ernestine Lynch of the state of California; and her brotherin-law and wife, Tony and Janice Lynch of Fordland.
