Webster County Health Unit was notified of another positive COVID-19 case which brings the total to 28.
The individual is a contact to a previously reported positive and currently lives in the southwest part of Webster County. No additional information will be released in order to protect their privacy.
There is a potential public exposure that we want to inform you about June 21, Diggins Apostolic Church, 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. The individual was asymptomatic and unmasked. The church has been notified as well as close contacts.
You should be aware of your health status and if you're experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms such as headache, sore throat, fever, chills, muscle aches, congested or runny nose, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, loss of taste or smell and/or shortness of breath, you should contact your primary care provider to determine if you should be tested.
