Monday — Beef stew with potatoes, peas and carrots, cornbread, fruit ambrosia and a cookie bar.
Tuesday — Chicken Parmesan sandwich with potato salad, marinated vegetable salad, hoagie roll and chocolate-cream pie.
Wednesday — Chicken with rice casserole, Oriental-blend vegetables, biscuit and spice cake.
Thursday — Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, white roll and peanut-butter pie.
Friday — Fish, coleslaw, beans, cornbread and dessert.
